The studio combines functionality with typical Lisbon charm: compact in size, with low ceilings (ideal for people under 1.80m), windows overlooking the cobbled alleyways and an atmosphere that reflects the soul of fado. 
The space features two single beds, one of which is a pull-out bed that can be converted into a double, a fully equipped kitchenette, a private bathroom and a shower area with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

The studio is ideally situated in the heart of Alfama, one of Lisbon’s oldest and most characteristic neighbourhoods. Just a few minutes’ walk away, you can visit several of the city’s most iconic attractions, including:

The National Pantheon, where great figures from Portuguese history are laid to rest

The Monastery of São Vicente de Fora, one of Lisbon’s most important religious monuments

Feira da Ladra, a popular street market selling antiques, books and curiosities

The Santa Luzia and Portas do Sol viewpoints, offering breathtaking views over the rooftops of Alfama and the River Tagus

São Jorge Castle, accessible via a longer walk through narrow streets steeped in history

The Fado Museum, to discover the musical tradition that originated in this neighbourhood

Santa Apolónia Station (metro and trains), about a 10-minute walk away

Please note regarding mobility:
Alfama is a charming neighbourhood, but it is also quite old and characterised by many steps, steep inclines and narrow cobbled streets. Access to the studio is via steep stairs (1st floor, no lift), and the neighbourhood may not be the most suitable for people with reduced mobility.
