The flat comprises 1 bedroom with a double bed, in the living room there is a sofa bed (2 metres wide when opened) and a cable smart TV, a cosy kitchen with everything you need (fridge, washing machine, oven, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and microwave) and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Air conditioning with both heating and cooling options.

The flat also has a large enclosed balcony where you can enjoy a lovely meal. 

This flat is also ideal for families with children (a cot is available on request).

The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.

The apartment is located in a private residential complex with a garage and a doorman.

Making noise that might disturb other residents after 11:00 PM is prohibited, as is any disrespect toward the building’s common areas.

There are two Lisbon guidebooks in the apartment for your use, as well as a folder containing my personal suggestions and tips.

Early check-in or late check-out will be permitted whenever possible.

For stays longer than 7 days, I will provide fresh bed linen and bath towels.

The sofa bed will only be set up for bookings of more than 2 guests. If you would like the sofa bed prepared, please request this at the time of booking.

A crib and a hight chair will only be set up if requested at the time of booking.
