The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.

Making noise that might disturb other residents after 10 PM is prohibited, as is disrespecting the building’s common areas.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need (towels, bed linen, shower gel, shampoo).

Early check-in or late check-out will be permitted whenever possible.

There is a shop in the building’s courtyard that stores luggage for €7 per bag between 9 AM and 5 PM.

For stays longer than 7 days, I will arrange for a change of bed linen and towels.

There is a communal laundry room in the building; the machines are coin-operated.

The sofa bed will only be set up for bookings of more than 4 guests. If you would like the sofa bed prepared, please request this at the time of booking.

A crib and chair will only be set up if requested at the time of booking.
