The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.

Making noise that might disturb other residents after 10 PM is prohibited, as is disrespecting the building’s common areas.

The apartment is fully equipped with essentials (towels, bed linen, shower gel, shampoo).

There are two Lisbon guidebooks in the apartment for your personal use.

Early check-in or late check-out will be permitted whenever possible.

There is a shop in the building’s courtyard that stores luggage for €7.50 per bag between 9 AM and 5 PM.

For stays longer than 7 days, I will provide fresh bed linen and towels.

The sofa bed will only be set up for bookings of more than 2 guests. If you would like the sofa bed prepared, please request this at the time of booking.

A crib and high chair will only be set up if requested at the time of booking.
