Please note that the building does not have a lift. Access to the apartment is via stairs to the 1st floor.

The apartment is located in an area with restricted car access.

Miradouro de Santa Catarina (Adamastor) – Just a 2-minute walk away, offering spectacular views over the Tagus River and the perfect spot to watch the sunset.

Bairro Alto – Less than a 5-minute walk away, famous for its vibrant nightlife, bars, restaurants and historic narrow streets.

Cais do Sodré – Around a 10-minute walk away, located by the river and home to Time Out Market, the railway station, modern bars and restaurants.

Chiado – Lisbon’s elegant shopping and cultural district, featuring shops, historic cafés such as A Brasileira and theatres. Approximately a 10-minute walk away.

Tram 28 – One of Lisbon’s most iconic attractions. The tram passes close to the apartment and travels through historic neighbourhoods such as Alfama, Graça and Castelo.

IMPORTANT:

The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.

Making noise that might disturb other residents after 11 PM is prohibited, as is disrespecting the building’s common areas.

The apartment is fully equipped with essentials (towels, bed linen, shower gel, shampoo).

Early check-in or late check-out will be permitted whenever possible.

For stays longer than 7 days, I will arrange for a change of bed linen and towels.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with no elevator.

There is air conditioning only in Bedroom 1; the other rooms have ceiling fans.

The sofa bed will only be set up for bookings of more than 8 guests. If you would like the sofa bed prepared, please request this at the time of booking.

A crib and high chair will only be set up if requested at the time of booking.

Vehicle access is restricted and not available to guests.
Only certain taxis and Uber drivers can enter the immediate area of ​​the apartment.
Alternative if you are arriving by car:
The nearest parking lot (a 3-minute walk from the apartment) is the Calçada do Combro – EMEL car park; the daily rate is €13.05.
