The living room is spacious and bright, with a balcony overlooking the River Tagus – perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Lisbon or the surrounding area.
It features a comfortable sofa bed suitable for two people.

Guests can enjoy lovely balconies overlooking the river and the estate’s swimming pool, ideal for making the most of sunny days and relaxing with a magnificent view of the River Tagus.

For added convenience, the flat also includes two private garage spaces, which is a rare feature and very handy for those travelling by car. 
The garage also has a charging point for electric vehicles (use is paid for via a personal electric vehicle charging card).

One of the major advantages of the location is its proximity to transport links: the flat is less than a 7-minute walk from the river terminal, allowing you to reach Lisbon quickly by ferry and enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the city, as well as being close to Barreiro’s river beach.

The flat is equipped with air conditioning (heating/cooling), ensuring comfort all year round in every bedroom and the living room.

Situated on Rua dos Bombeiros Voluntários do Barreiro, in a quiet area with supermarkets next door, and cafés, restaurants and amenities nearby.

Within walking distance of Barreiro’s river beach.

It is also an excellent base for exploring the region, including Setúbal, the Serra da Arrábida and the beaches of the Costa da Caparica.

IMPORTANT:

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.

Shared condominium swimming pool.

For stays longer than 7 days, weekly cleaning with a change of bed linen and bath towels is provided.

No parties or events allowed.

No smoking.

Please note the following:

The pool and track are open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM;

Users are responsible for complying with noise regulations; the use of sound-emitting equipment and/or music players—specifically mobile phones and/or portable speakers—is strictly prohibited;

Cooking, consuming alcohol, eating, and/or smoking in the pool and adjacent areas is prohibited;

Running, jumping, or engaging in behavior that disturbs or inconveniences other users is prohibited;

Bringing pets into the pool or allowing them in adjacent areas is strictly prohibited, with the exception of assistance dogs as defined by applicable law;

Children under 12 are strictly prohibited from remaining in the area without being properly accompanied by an adult; use of the pool by minors must always be supervised by a responsible adult;

The pool and track are not monitored; use is at the users’ own risk;

The sofa bed will only be set up for bookings of more than 6 guests. If you would like the sofa bed prepared, you must request it at the time of booking.

A crib and high chair are available free of charge but will only be placed in the apartment if requested at the time of booking.
