IMPORTANT:

The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.

The apartment is located in a building with traditional architecture and few residents; like most buildings in this historic area, there is no elevator. The apartment is on the 3rd floor—a great way to keep your legs in shape!

Making noise that might disturb other residents after 10 PM is prohibited, as is disrespecting the building’s common areas.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need (towels, bed linen, shower gel, shampoo).

Lisbon guidebooks are available in the apartment for your use.

Early check-in or late check-out will be permitted whenever possible.

For stays longer than 7 days, I will provide a change of bed linen and towels.

As Bairro Alto is Lisbon’s liveliest nightlife district, there will be party noise during the night.

The sofa bed will only be set up for bookings of more than 2 guests. If you would like the sofa bed prepared, please request this at the time of booking.

A crib and high chair will only be set up if requested at the time of booking.
