The flat is on the first floor of a traditional building without a lift.

It has a bright bedroom with a 160x200cm queen-size bed, a chest of drawers offering some storage space, and air conditioning.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, a washing machine and dishwasher, an oven and all the basic utensils you’ll need to prepare your favourite meals. 

The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle, a hairdryer, towels and all the necessary toiletries.

The spacious living room features air conditioning, a sofa bed, a Smart TV and a dining table.

Stay cool and comfortable whatever the season with air conditioning (heating/cooling) throughout the flat.

Avenida da Liberdade: Famous for its imposing architecture, this avenue is the perfect spot for leisurely strolls, with luxury shops, elegant cafés and green spaces such as Eduardo VII Park, ideal for a relaxing walk.

Praça Marquês de Pombal: An iconic city landmark, offering panoramic views of the city and direct access to public transport. A starting point for exploring other neighbourhoods, with easy connections to all parts of Lisbon.

A 20-minute walk away:

Bairro Alto: The heart of Lisbon’s nightlife. In the evening, the streets come alive with lively bars and live fado. During the day, the neighbourhood is great for exploring its charming, narrow streets, steeped in history.

Chiado: One of the city’s most cosmopolitan areas, where Lisbon’s culture meets traditional shops, historic bookshops and theatres. Be sure to visit Café A Brasileira, one of the city’s most iconic cafés.

Solar dos Presuntos Restaurant: A 5-minute walk away, a classic of Lisbon’s culinary scene, renowned for its fresh fish and seafood dishes.

Subway: Marquês de Pombal station is a 10-minute walk from the flat and provides direct access to the blue and yellow metro lines, making it easy to reach neighbourhoods such as Alfama, Belém and Baixa.

Buses: The area is well served by a number of bus routes, offering easy access to other parts of Lisbon, such as Parque das Nações and Areeiro.

IMPORTANT:

The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.

The apartment is located in a building with few residents.

Making noise that might disturb other neighbors after 10:00 PM is prohibited, as is disrespecting the building’s common areas.

There are two Lisbon guidebooks in the apartment for your use.

Early check-in and late check-out will be permitted whenever possible.

For stays longer than 7 days, I will provide a change of bed linen and bath towels.

The sofa bed will only be set up for bookings of more than 2 guests. If you would like the sofa bed prepared, please request this at the time of booking.

A crib and high chair will only be set up if requested at the time of booking.
